USA: Essroc acquires slag cement grinding unit from Holcim29 July 2015, Published under Cement NewsEssroc has signed an agreement to acquire the slag cement grinding facility located in Camden, New Jersey, US from Holcim (US). As part of the transaction, Essroc will also obtain Holcim’s cement terminal in Everett, Massachusetts, US. Upon completion of the transaction, Holcim’s staff in Camden and Everett will join Essroc.
